>Does Forest Child have a retail store?

No. We have a studio located at 66B Race Course Road, Singapore 218570.

>What are your operating hours?

(By Appointment Only)
We are open Monday - Friday:  1pm - 7pm.
Saturday: 1pm - 6pm.
Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed

>Can I walk into the Forest Child store?

You are always welcomed. However, it is always better to make an appointment. Click here to book an appointment.

>Do you have an online catalogue?

No. However, we do have a gallery of archived work. You can also view our Instagram or Facebook.

>Do you have product warranty?

You are entitled to redeem one session of free servicing for part replacements, fixing loose stitches, etc.

>Is there a return policy? 

Our return policy is only valid for customers whose purchases are returned within 7 days upon receiving product. To find out more, click here.

 

Customization

>How do I personalize my item?

Before checkout, spell out a name to deboss (maximum 8 letters on most products) on our Complimentary Personalized Monogramming form.

>How do I create a custom design?

To create a custom design, send a reference photo (for a more efficient enquiry process) to info@forest-child.com or Click here to book an appointment. 

>How do I order a custom design featured on Gallery?

Send a reference photo to info@forest-child.com and you will receive a reply within 3 business days.

>Which mode of Payment do you accept on Forest Child Online Store? 

At the moment, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay.

>Where are Forest Child's products made?

Our products are handmade in Singapore.

In-Store Pickup

>What is In-Store Pickup?

In-Store pickup is a self pick-up option if you do not wish to receive products via Singpost Registered Mail (applicable to local shipping only)

>How do I select In-Store Pickup?

At the end of checkout, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail as a digital receipt. If you selected In-Store Pickup during checkout, click on the link provided to book a slot to collect your item.

Upon collection, please present the digital receipt reflected in the acknowledgement e-mail for verification.

>Can someone else collect my item for me?

Yes. The person collecting on your behalf should present the digital receipt reflected in your acknowledgement e-mail as verification.

>How will I receive my orders?

If you have opted for self-collection, you may collect your item at Forest Child Studio at 66B Race Course Road, Singapore 218570. 

If you have opted for delivery, postage charges will apply.

E- Gift Card

>What is e-gift card?

It is an electronic gift card. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total (applicable only to Forest Child Online Store).

>Where can I use the e-gift card?

The use of this e-gift card is only for our e-commerce item. Not applicable for custom goods or corporate orders.

>How do I purchase an e-gift card?

>Does the e-gift card expire?

No. The e-gift card never expires. It is redeemable only at Forest Child Online store.

>How do I check my e-gift card balance?

The recipient will receive an initial e-mail with the gift card balance.

After entering the gift card code at checkout, they will see the remaining balance if there is any.

>Can I purchase multiple gift cards in one order or purchase a gift card with other products? 

No. When purchasing e-gift card, customers will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.

>Can I set a specific time to send the e-mail to the recipient?

No. Customers who want to send the e-mail to the recipient at a later date should select the Email To You delivery option at checkout. They can then forward the e-mail at the desired time.

>Can I use less than the full value of my e-gift card?

When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn't possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

>Can I add value to an e-gift card?

No. The service is not customizable at this time.

>Do sale pricing and discount apply purchasing e-gift cards?

No. Sales pricing and discount codes may not be applied to purchasing an e-gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using an e-gift card. 

>Loss of e-gift card code. What should I do?

The e-gift card is not redeemable for cash or replaced if link gets lost or stolen. Forest Child is not responsible for any unauthorized use of card.
